Scuba Camp FAQ

. How Does Payment Work?
We are currently accepting registrations with a $150 ( non-refundable ) deposit. Once registered, we will send you a packet of information including options for paying the registration fee balance. Balances will be due no later than 30 days from the start of the first day of your camp*. After the full balance is collected, it is non-refundable.

Campers full materials packages, including snorkle mask.kit, fins,underwater camera, and dvd, will be picked up at the time of balance payment.

What is the minimum age to enroll in Scuba Camp?
Campers should be ten to fifteen years of age.

Can Kids That Are Already Certified Participate in Scuba Camp?
Yes!! Scuba Camp is a great way for kids, even ones that are already certified, to get in the water, have fun, learn more, and meet other kids with simliar interests. We encourage kids that are already certified to join us for camp.

Will Kids be certified at the end of camp?
No, Camp is designed as an introduction to the aquatic skills of scuba and a fun educational experieance about our marine enviroment, We will train most of the pool skills for scuba but the remaining acedemic requirements and five dives rqiuired for certification are reserved for our NAUI SCUBA DIVER course offered regularly at our facility. Campers who come away from Day camp interested in furthering their education and certification are encouraged to sign up at a discount within one calender year, Just ask at our front desk.

Does Aquatech Provide Rides, Lunches, etc.?
Aquatech can not provide any transportation for campers. We will provide drinks and lunches for campers, campers with special diets however should plan on bringing lunches. We do provide coolers in which to put lunches in the mornings when campers arrive.

When will Camp be held?
Scuba Camp will run from June 28 thru July 2nd 2010 from 8am till 1pm

Scuba Camp week two based on demand will run July 12 thru July 16th 2010 8am till 1pm

How Can I Sign Up?
Space is limited and we are currently accepting registration over the phone and in our store. If you would like to sign up, call or stop into our store and one of our associates can walk you through the process. All Campers should visit our store after registraion to be fitted for the equipment required to participate in aquatic training.
